Neither the strength nor the intelligence; it is the continuous effort that unlocks the real potential within us. Consistency makes man perfect. Because, success is not a destination. It is a pleasant & beautiful part of our journey. It motivates us for the goals in future. Similarly, Failure is also a part of this journey. It makes us nervous & uncertain about our future.

1. Jack is a successful person in his life so far. He studied in London school of economics, got a high profile Job. He is married to a beautiful woman. He has a splendid house & a luxurious car. He can afford the high standard of living.

2. Tom is an unsuccessful person in life so far. He could not study because of the lack of money. He faced many responsibilities in his early life. He could not enjoy his childhood. Nobody is ready to marry him because he has a low profile Job which is not sufficient to make a good living.

Jack has proved his supremacy by living a good life, but that doesn’t mean he can be happy forever. There is always an uncertainty which will pull him down. His success is not final. He has to proceed in life & find more success. He has to work harder than before & expect lesser than earlier, which makes his life a challenge that he has to accept.

On the other hand, Tom has failed to create a good world for himself. Does that mean he has to stop all his efforts & accept the fate?

It means he hasn’t been successful yet. But if he works harder, he may find success.

That hope keeps Tom alive. He may fail again & again. But he has to explore the potential in himself.

No one is happy or sad forever. As the circumstances change, conditions change & thereby life changes. So considering the possibilities, everybody has to struggle.

If you become successful & if you have everything, it takes courage to explore the horizons, because you have the fear to lose everything you have earned till now. If you are unsuccessful, it still takes courage as you may fail again. It is like jumping into the water without knowing the depth. Courage is everything that counts.
