The power of uncertainty

Uncertainty is everywhere. If you want to succeed, if you want to move ahead in life, if you want fame or money, if you want to believe or trust, if you want to dream, if you want to plan, if you want to be happy, if you want to fight or struggle, if you want to set your goal, if you want to aim high.... you have to face the uncertainty. Because, in other words, life is uncertain.

We don’t know what is going to be in our life. Whether we are going to reach our dream destinations or there are going to be nightmares? What are our capabilities?

Even if you win, even if you lose, the uncertainty is always with you. You can never be sure about anything. But, this uncertainty, for years, has guided us to live a good life.

The only thing that makes life possible is permanent, intolerable uncertainty of not knowing what comes next. Uncertainty is the very condition to impel man to unfold his powers. Uncertainty is the energy of life; it keeps boredom at bay & sparks the creativity. There is a very beautiful quote by Vincent van Gogh.

He says, “For my part, I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of stars make me dream.”

Uncertainty is actually a gift given to us by god. Because it has brought us from the Stone age to the digital age. When we are uncertain about anything, we explore the possibilities which are the seeds of the change. Change is not possible without uncertainty. It is the curiosity which makes us do the things & cross the horizons.

Uncertainty is the refuge of hope.

Uncertainty is definitely not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd. Maturity of the mind is the capacity to endure uncertainty. Uncertainty is like an abyss. You can never tell, how close you are, so you keep on struggling without giving up. Motivation & inspiration is because of the uncertainty. Faith & belief is because of the uncertainty. Efforts & hard work is because of the uncertainty.
